Malcolm took his time to explain and answer any and all of doubts I had. I believe that consultation lasted 40 minutes. After the consultation too, he was available on phone for any changes I wanted.
The crew who came out to do the trimming were professional and expertly cut down the trees in just couple of hours.
Lastly, Jacob who did the stump grinding was also very pleasant to interact with and professional.
